I have very little experience with hostels but I’m pretty sure this is the nicest one on this planet. Not only are the rooms immaculate and very cozy, but the staff is warm, friendly and very welcoming. The cafe is great, the public spaces are wonderful, everything about this place is top notch. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Hands down, the best part of the place is the hostel staff. Both the hired staff and the volunteers make the hostel an even more welcoming place for travelers. The facilities are very nice, too.
The only constructive criticism I have about the place is its kitchen and guest food storage. It still lacks a bit more organization, utensils, and more space to handle the number of guests they usually have.

The location and the venue itself were perfect! All the staff was lovely and always available to help.
The weather was hot and the building doesn’t have air conditioning. I understand that it’s not a place where you’d expect 30 degrees every day, but a few fan should have been supplied, especially for a room where there was only one window that could open only partially. We had a few issues with the “neighbours”: the place in front of our window is a small cafe open till early morning and in two occasions there were people talking very loudly outside until 3/3.30am. Because of the vicinity, sleeping was impossible.
