All the staff (cleaning ladies, people in the reception/restaurant) were super nice and helpful. The bed and the pillows were really comfy and the room and bathroom were big and clean (they were cleaned every day). The hotel is in a good location to visit different points of the dolomites. For breakfast you could pick savory and sweet things, coffee, juice, water... We could not recommend it more, looking forward to stay again :)

The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good
Our room was not clean. We had mold in the bathroom.there was a funky smell in our room and in the hotel. The sheets were not clean, and they did not change them ( we stayed for 3 nights) . Also 2 pilows had what looked like mold on them. Very nice family runs the hotel. But the hotel... not as nice.
