I had a wonderful experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mega at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. She was extremely helpful and made the experience even better. I would also like to thank Mohammed for his excellent service, hospitality, and attention. The staff truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Definitely a place I would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

We had to wait for 30 minutes for our suite to be ready even though the check-in time was confirmed by email.

I would like to thank Ms. Mageal at the reception. She handled every issue/complain we had professionally. Also, the only thing I liked in our stay is the SPA Experience.

We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay, especially considering that we are regular customers of the hotel. We arrived at 3:40 p.m., as the hotel had advised that our apartment would be ready by 3:00 p.m. However, upon arrival, we were asked to wait a little longer as the apartment was not yet ready. Although this was disappointing, we appreciated that Ms. Mageal at the reception offered us a late check-out as compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture. Unfortunately, we also experienced an incident involving gender discrimination by a member of the pool area staff. The matter was handled professionally and promptly by the supervisors, and the hotel was aware of the situation and apologized on behalf of the employee involved. I will not go into further details, as the issue was addressed immediately. However, the fact that such an incident occurred in the first place was concerning and has made us reconsider staying at the hotel again in the future. Another area that fell below our expectations this time was the housekeeping service. Compared with our previous stays, the service was noticeably below the usual standard, and several aspects were not handled as they normally are. There were also several facilities and services that were disappointing during this stay. The splash area was under maintenance, the teen area was closed, and the kids’ club offered very limited activities. In addition, the sunbeds were unfortunately not as clean as expected. Finally, we found the prices at Mint Café to be excessively high, which further affected our overall experience. We have always enjoyed staying at this hotel and have been regular customers, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. We hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the overall guest experience and maintaining the high standards we have come to expect from the hotel.
