A truly exceptional stay at Waldorf Astoria Kuwait.
A very special thank you to Denise, who made my stay in the suite outstanding. Her attention to detail, constant follow-up, and genuine care for my comfort were beyond expectations. She was always one step ahead, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
Denise’s exceptional service is one of the main reasons I would gladly return to Waldorf Astoria Kuwait. She is a true reflection of five-star hospitality.

Breakfast is beyond imagination, with a great number of choices and quality pastries. The room is very big and nice; you can open and close the curtains with a button. Facility is great. They even presented a cake to my room for my birthday.
No proper electrical socket to plug in the hair dryer in the bathroom. The toiletries and hotel amenities are weak for such a luxury hotel. Only one set of dental toiletries was provided for example. No indoor pool.
