The pillows are not comfortable because they are very soft, should be at least one pillow hard or solid.

I loved the in-room iPad, which made communicating with the staff and making requests very easy. The staff were responsive and helpful, housekeeping was great, security members were professional and polite. And the location was perfect.

My room and requested steamer were not ready when I arrived after 3pm, so I waited around 30 minutes. The hallway was a little noisy, some tea cups and stands weren’t clean enough. And the lobby and valet can get very crowded on weekends.
