The staff were very nice and welcoming and available at the desk 24/7 ( was very helpful when I found a spider in my room ) . The location was good . There are lots of shops and bakeries around very close to the hotel. The AC was not working properly and the reception staff dealt with this immediately and very kindly changed my room so I had no stress during my stay. The fridge door was not closing. The table was very very small.

Very clean, safe and super location. Smiling, helpful staff. nice, cosy decoration.
Rooms are quite small, yet enough basics, if you don't want to spend to much time in the hotel room, it is definitely enough. Our room window was looking at a wall in a void space between other walls. Being a bit claustrophobic, it was not comfortable for me. (My daughter was ok). Good that at least you can open the window, and there is air condition to feel a bit air, so that I could have managed the issue. But still if you have such an issue at a higher level, other rooms can be much better, looking outside. There are 4 rooms and an elevator door in each floor which are super close to eachother (very very close :)), but it did not bother me that much. All other aspects of the hotel was very good.
