We had a very pleasant stay at Libertel Montmartre Opéra. The hotel is very well located, close to several public transport options, including buses and metro lines ( Pigalle, Blanche), which made it very easy to get around Paris.
The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was also very good. The room was cleaned regularly; the towels were changed daily and the bed linen every three days, which we appreciated.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Aline, who was extremely kind and welcoming and handled our check-in quickly, efficiently and very professionally. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
As for areas that could be improved, we would suggest paying a little more attention to some cleaning details in the room. Also, as the hotel is located in a very lively and touristic area, there can be quite a lot of noise from the restaurants and streets around the hotel at night. On some nights, we were woken up by loud voices and occasional shouting. This is understandable given the location, but it is something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Great location and value for money.
Very clean. Friendly personnel. You could refill drinkable water to your bottle, right in the entrance of the hotel, that was very practical if you have kids
It was noisy at night from the nearby cafes and restaurants.
The room was small and could be a problem for a family with a lot of bags and luggage

I liked everything about the hotel and accommodation. Great value for money in a fabulous location. The bed was very comfortable. Reception friendly and welcoming. Would stay again for sure.
The room was small for two travellers. This is the only thing which could be better, it would not put me off coming here again.

The room was clean and the fridge was very useful, the hotel is in a good location if you like somewhere very lively
The aircon didn’t work and the room was extremely warm and stuffy at night. We had to leave the window open which is ok but the parties outside go on till about 4 in the morning so not good for sleeping
