Beautiful hotel, nice location in very quiet street, close to busy Pigalle
The hairdryer wasn’t a good and one of us had an electric shock by one of the sockets in the bedroom and the staff didn’t take much attention to it when we told them and didn’t even apologise.

We stayed 3 separate times during our European holiday. We are family of 5, had two rooms - double and triple. The rooms whilst a tiny bit small are gorgeous and typical of Paris. The renovation is beautiful. Loved everything about this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable.
The only one small criticism I have is that it would ah w been good if the staff would have put us on the same floor, it was hard going up and down the stairs to the other rooms

The hotel is beautiful and immaculate! The location is fantastic, with lots of see and do within walking distance. There are also lots of bus and metro options within 5 minutes that make getting around all of Paris very easy. The staff were all very kind and responded quickly when we had an issue with our shower head (it was fixed within the hour). Highly recommend!

Location (good for my office!)
For 4*, it had no bar or cafe, just a coffee machine
I asked for an iron/board and was given them to take up to the room myself and return to the lobby myself. Again, for 4*, this is poor.
The room was on the cold side and the air con control was on the warmest setting.
The shower gel pump was broken.
None of these issues is a huge deal on its own but combined, it was disappointing at the premium price and with the 4* assertion.
