Clean, cute, we spent 30 mins in the cute hall in the evening the young boy pit some wonderful music on. All the staff speaks very well in English

Location was great and staff were super helpful. They upgraded my room when my room was not ready for check in and were accomodating with holding my luggage after check out. Free tea and coffee was great.
My room was very uncomfortable. The sound proofing in the ceiling was poor so I could hear the person above me all night. The shower was not sealed so all the water from the shower ended up on the floor of the bathroom. There was a brown stain on my pillow. I didn’t have breakfast included but did see the selection and it was not great compared to others I have seen.
