Love the free water dispenser and staff are helpful if asked but otherwise stand around chatting about. Air conditioning is A+
The trash can in the room was broken and the shelves weren't properly cleaned. There is little attention given to details like this for each room which other guest have already mentioned. Stains, sticky surfaces, dust, equipment not working.
In the lobby the free coffee machine was not serviced often enough. There was always an error because the staff did not unload the overflow water or clean it up periodically.
Despite having a sign on my door DND, as soon as I got in unpacked and was changing - there was a knock on the door asking me if I needed fresh towels. I explained that I had just checked in so no but it was a bit alarming as I was not dressed.

The location.
Stayed for four nights. The bathroom in my room didn’t have a door and the bathroom and the room smelled of sewage. The shower door didn’t close properly and the shower head wasn’t properly secured to take a hands free shower. You can feel the shaking every time a train passes. For $250 a night expected a much more comfortable stay.
