The location is convenient, with easy access to metro and bus stations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, helping us fall asleep quickly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff is friendly and speaks English.

Loved how it was so close to everything we needed. Affordable and beautiful restaurants, shops, train station and was a good size room!
We noticed the room wasn't well clean , dust on skirting boards, the shower drainage was blocked so we had to keep stopping and starting the shower to not over fill, the room needs repainting and there were no cups in the room for our drinks. We believe the bed was made the following day from the same sheets also . Which usually it's not a problem as we're not fussy but considering the amount we paid for this place, this stuff should be standard to quality

Stayed in June, the hotel was lovely.
I liked everything. Staff were amazing. I can’t remember names but the man who checked us in was exceptional and very polite

The staff was very nice and helpful! The reception was open 24/7 which helped with late arrival and early check out.
The room was old, the cleanliness was ok but could be better, bathroom sink and bathtub were scratched. Could use a renovation.
