The location, neighborhood, access to public transportation, variable of restaurants and cafes, cinema around. Great breakfast. Free sparking water , coffee and tea from Damman. AC is great. Free chocolate. Friendly staffs, who cares and remembers their visitors.
It's just the previous visitors didn't take care of the floor of the room, which slightly damaged.

Decent location and it was clean. Good working air con.
Shower leaked throughout the room (broken seal), had to dry floor in bedroom with towels every day. Tiny room with zero space around the very small bed. Woken every morning by bin men. Upon check in, staff member was not friendly, explained nothing and didn’t even tell us how to get into the next building. Had to ask people in the street. No code for WiFi given. Literally handed over a card and not a word of greeting.
