The location is excellent—very close to Galeries Lafayette, with plenty of shopping areas, cafés and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away.
We experienced a payment issue that caused some stress at check-in. However, the staff were understanding and did their best to resolve it. As compensation, they offered complimentary breakfast for two throughout our stay.
Problems can happen anywhere; what matters most is how they are handled. We truly appreciated the staff’s professional and considerate response.
The rooms are quite small, but this is probably standard for hotels in this area, and I assume most nearby hotels have a similar setup.

I was very pleased with my visit and I appreciate the staff, felt welcoming and they were able to make adjustment to my super early arrival and gave me a room straight away to check in, much appreciated. Its a super great location wise. A lot of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping places just around the corner. Accessible with like a 20 meter to the nearest Metro station. I feel like its the greatest option of choosing to stay in close range to the city center of Paris. All the sightseeing is not hard to get to either because of close transportation options and also walking, if you dont wanna uber.
Also a suuuuper plus is that the reception is open and staff is available 24/7.
One thing I would like to point out is that you do hear the other guest or cleaners because the walls thin but overall it wasnt to noisy and I wasnt bothered by anyone.
Another one that I wasnt aware of, maybe there was information about it that I missed but you do have to hand in your card key to the room everytime you left the hotel. A bit different from what one is used to but it was alright in the end because the reception was always staffed.l and open 24/7.

An excellent location, with many historic sites and tourist attractions within walking distance.
The photos were taken a long time ago and no longer reflect reality. The hotel is quite worn and in need of renovation. The bathroom is extremely tiny, and the toilet is positioned in such a way that only a child under five could comfortably sit on it. There is also a persistent smell of dampness and sewage throughout the room.
