Lovely and comfortable stay

Loved everything about this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable, well equipped rooms and a wonderful location. We traveled as a family of 4 and booked two rooms for four nights just before Christmas. Lovely hotel in a beautiful city.

As I get older, I get a little less confident stepping in and out of bathtubs for a shower but I was aware the showers were like this before I booked.

Nice location for the main attractions.

There is AC in the room on the 6 floor. Life saver in the mid-summer! The property is satisfying. I don't feel like lacking anything. Fridge, several clothing hangers, a closet, a desk, plugs, etc.

There is no soundproofing at all. I could hear the sounds from my neighbors, the shower, and the elevator. The noise from outside also annoys in the midnight. Not allowed to open the window (safety concerns)

It was noisy since 8am, construction on going, It was not told when I booked the room. Reception lady not helpful.

Good location, clean and comfy.

Very kind and helpful front desk man. God mix of options for breakfast.

Elevator stopped working so had to walk down 2 flights of circular stairs with heavy bags after trying to pass a cleaning trolley that was blocking the stairway.

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly....but the location was the selling point

Great location, friendly staff, fair price.

Clean room, overall it was good / better considering similar accommodations under this category.

It was my second time at this hotel, the room at the second floor was not as comfortable, with a very small shower cabine.

2nd time I was going there, I picked it essentially for its location.

The staff is really nice and the location is really good.

The Wi-Fi signal was not reaching properly my room on the 3rd floor. Impossible to use. Then, there were flies in the room, too many to remain unnoticed which does no give a sense of cleanliness.

We totally recommend this hotel in Paris. The cleanliness is really important for us and this hotel is definitely one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed! ! ! Although the hotel is a small boutique hotel, our room was beautiful and spacious and bigger than other hotel rooms in Paris. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Paris close to Opera with easy access everywere in Paris and 10-15 minutes far away from Louvre by feet. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had a great stay at this hotel. Thank you everyone.

Great location, comfortable room

Great location. The room was exactly as described. We were happy to have booked a room with a balcony, which we have used everyday during our week-long stay. The breakfast, available if desired, was quite decent. Many attractions, museums and metro stations are within walking distance. The staff was always very nice and helpful.

Considering we were staying for a week, a bit more storage for our clothes would have been appreciated. This was not an issue. We just had to better plan our items and share the storage since we didn't want our clothes to remain in our luggage during our stay.
