The staff was amazing. It was our 34th anniversary, so they upgraded us and then left a handwritten note, chocolate and wine in our room. The breakfast was outstanding and had something for everyone.
Elevator didn't always work correctly. We were on the 5th floor, so we ended up taking the winding staircase a lot. There is only one button to push so you don't know if it is going up or down or even stopping.
