Very enjoyable.

We have stayed here previously. It's a nice place and it's had a bit of a makeover since 2015 when we last stayed here. The location is excellent. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Also, it is quite spacious, especially for Paris.

Unfortunately in 2023 the breakfast we paid for was nowhere near the standard it was in 2015. In our apartment the only criticisms are the floor needed a good wash, water pressure in the shower was very low and the hair dryer was badly underpowered. With the breakfast which we paid for but didn't use, we tried to get Adagio to refund the cost on day 1 but they said they couldn't because we paid via Booking.com. I have sent several messages about this to Booking.com and they have not even given me the courtesy of a reply. Ignoring your regular customers is very poor business practice and very disappointing.

not worth it, zero value for money

only the location, everything else was not worth it!

facilities was old and worn out. no room service, no help from staff whatsoever and you have to do literally everything starting from carrying your luggage to and from your room without having a luggage cart in the hotel. we hade to prepare the sofa beds, staff rejected the request to do it. you need towels, bedsheets, pillows, etc. you beed to go down the storage to collect it. safety box was placed in a place that you cannot use. requested 2 vans to drop us to the airport, we got 2 small taxis and got charged 50€ more than the agreed rate with the hotel.

Limited choice of brakfast I got 2 rooms (quadruple room and double room) located on 6th floor. But when check out, the elevator was not functioning. I had to take luggages to 4th floor and took back up elevator (it looks like not fully operational elevator) to the lobby. Complicated and tiring

During our stay, they cleaned the room only on check-in day. The breakfast was poor.

I would not recommend….

The staff were helpful when it came to leaving the accommodation early given the issues with the room

The standard of this accommodation was a very disappointing given the star rating and price. The facilities were old, out of date, with poor lighting. The bed was a fold out sofa with a very thin mattress, poor quality pillows duvet & towels. The windows were also filthy. There was a smell in the room that seemed to have been disguised with an air freshener, which also smelled awful. Paint coming off the walls on the bathroom walls & radiator. We left early and found a much nicer & cheaper hotel. I would not recommend…

poor kitchen utilities, toilet fan is not working, in the kitchen ventulation is not working, heating is not working properly but there are radiators in the rooms. in the lower rooms you can hear the metro.

Extremely bad first night excellent last two nights

Great location , nice appartement

The first night was horrible , they put us on a very old apartment, beds were not comfortable at all, we had kids and they give us appartement with very steep stairs , very dangerous for the kids . Light wasn't working , and the appartement was very bad . We requested a change and the last two nights were very good 👍

one room had extremely poor lighting, closet doors were broken; the second room was extremely dirty - when we raised the bed there were balls of dirt suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time (my daughter’s socks were blackened soon after putting them on)

Location is great. A few steps litterally from Lafayette, Printemps, Ooera and Madeleine. 2 supermarkets next door. Lot's of restaurants. Great location

I used to be able to change the towels by bringing them to the reception counter......now they say each change will cost me 6 euros.

The cost performance is good but I’ll ask for a room in the higher floor next time.

The location is good in a convenient area.

It was rather noisy because the room was on the second floor (1er étage in french).

Location is perfect. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Equipment is a bit outdated and unmaintained. Needs a refresh. Example is the towel radiator, its paint is coming off. I didn't dry my towels on it.

Great location and extremely spacious for a European hotel

Spacious apartments, great location, room was clean and modern, staff were friendly and helpful.

Espresso machine would have been nice (they only had instant coffee or espresso available if you paid for breakfast). You could hear quite a bit from the street due to the type of windows and the hallways need a bit of updating.
