The Aparthotel is really in a perfect location, few steps from Opera and many things around.
The flat had an amazing light and was divided perfectly. I would definitely reconsider to come here. I also loved the common spaces!
Unfortunately the bay cot was really terrible. Old, a bit dirty and really uncomfortable for our baby. With a terrible excuse we have been told that they do not provide mattresses nor bed lining for the cot for “safety reasons”. I can understand it but with a minimum investment in the right products hotels can get comfortable and safe products for babies.
It is unfortunate that we have to stay super cozy and our baby not. We managed to anyway get a cot lining and something to create a sort of mattress but not ideal! Pity.

They came up with a solution (found a room in the same property) after randomly cancelling my booking.
They attempted to cancel my booking (booked 4 months in advance) as I was walking in the door. They tried to redirect me to another Adagio location, and were surprised when I told them it wasn’t acceptable (I’d paid a premium price for that specific location)
