I like the location and the ambience of the hotel. Staff on reception were always charming and nothing was too much trouble. Some very good restaurants nearby.
I thought the breakfast wasn't as organized as it could have been. I had to ask for items which had run out and not been replaced. There seemed to be enough staff around but maybe not all of them were as industrious as they could have been. The choice and the food were good though!

Location and swimming pool
The couch bed was awful. Two people sleeping on that bed was a joke. We paid €1200 for two days and two of us couldn’t sleep. Not what you expect from a 4 star. Couch bed felt more like a 1 star. Also blind wouldn’t close which was immensely frustrating.
