The hotel was beautiful upon entering. Gorgeous property. Very well located, and the staff is wonderful. The rooms have nice big fluffy towels and the hot water didn’t sputter as sometimes happens in hotel showers.
The rooms are tired and need updating.

Room and location were excellent. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and accommodating
The weather! It was extremely hot the week we were there, but the hotel had excellent air conditioning.

The staff was very kind, professional and extremely helpful when issues arose. This was probably the only highlight of the stay. Staff definitely matched the 4 stars, but hotel was way below my expectations.
The rooms were very dated with dirty carpets, broken lights/plugs/towel racks. The photos of the hotel rooms looked much nicer than what they were. I was disappointed because I was expecting a nice 4 star hotel for my birthday but was overall disappointed.
