The staff was excellent. The view from the room also.
Nice outdoor area for the kids.
The hotel was very clean.
The breakfast could be better. The eggs were not the best. There was no natural sugar free yogurt for the cereal and there was no cold milk.

Great location just outside the town of Alcobaca.
Great views from my balcony.
The Spa facilities indoor and outdoor swimming pools😃.
They even had a library we could use to sit comfortably in to read.
Staff were very friendly help efficient and a few could speak English which was very helpful.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Loved the thoughtful design touches and the attention to detail. The mattress was quite comfortable and the bedding high-quality. The shower was wonderful: large, clean, good water pressure, and high-quality shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast room was large, and the selection of foods was quite nice. This is a great location for people visiting the Monestary at Alcobaça who prefer to stay a little ways outside of town.
Everything was wonderful, really. I can't think of a thing I didn't like. Parking was even convenient and the pool/spa area looked great, although I didn't have timme to use it on this visit.

Good breakfast, nice pool but windy area. Had a nice little farm type space with some goats, pear trees, apple trees etc.
Room had a nice balcony with pool view
Room was not very big, extra bed for kid was faulty. Had a bad incident of someone entering our room with a working key due to a mistake at reception. They did compensate with a free meal, but ruined the experience a bit.
Some bath and pool towels had holes. Not very well maintained, although facilities were not bad.
