Nice quiet location just outside of town.

Great motel on outskirts of town double glassed windows so we didn’t really hear traffic fro main road out of town restaurant was lovely for dinner

It might be just me with the prices of everything these days but $48 for steak then $4.50 for a sauce. The steak did come with a jacket potato and a bowl of coleslaw. A great Northern beer for $10 and a bowl of mixed vegetables for $8.50 soon added up to $72 for one meal. The food was very good but just expensive.

Comfy bed, a nicely sized room, friendly staff, parking right outside the door, and not as expensive as many other places.
The room felt very dated. The kettle is a struggle to fit under the bathroom tap to fill. The spa bath looked mouldy around all the outlets, which completely put me off using it. Also note: if you have trouble getting in and out of a high-walled bath, the shower is over the bath, and you may struggle to shower.
