I really liked they had a "water bar". I could fill in my reusable bottle every day and night.
Also, the bed was comfortable. The water was hot. Shower had good pressure.
The place has an elevator in the street to get you to the first floor of the building, where the reception is.
The elevator was broken, doors wide open and with a big sign "Ibis Welcome" above.
It was very difficult to find the service door. I had to call reception. It would be nice to make the door more visible. I don't need the elevator to get to the first floor.

Location!
Not always the friendliest staff very hit or miss. Late night staff was very friendly. Breakfast is ok but if you come down late you miss out on the eggs and prepackaged yogurt.

Convenient location and very quiet. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The room was old and worn, apart from the bed, with some visible damage and things like a build up of dirt/discolouration on the doors and walls. Not particularly clean when I arrived but the clean during my stay was much better.
