Nice hotel, 40 min to the Paris city centre

Good hotel, nice and quite localisation, plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby

If you go for a breakfast quite late in the morning then it might happen that there's not much left to choose to eat.

lolapalooza/breakfast/ the female staff members were very kind and went above and beyond to help me.

the outside lift did not not work and I was carrying 3 luggage (one of the them 26 kilos).

not good value for money - wouldn’t stay here again

it was clean

the lift didn’t work and we were not informed the entrance looks like a fire escape door and there is no signage the staff weren’t particularly helpful didn’t offer maps or anything there was nothing in the room such as a kettle the room was small for the price we had to wait for entry to the hotel after 12 because it was locked and it took some time

Great location

We stayed here while we were attending Roland Garros event. Lovely staff, clean, rich breakfast and great location. Lots of restaurants near by, a small mall.

At the time of our stay the lift was broken. Was hard to see where the entrance was.

The hotel is located in Suresnes which is a beautiful neighborhood at the outskirts of Paris centre. It's 4 tram stops from La Defense. The tram stop is 7 minutes walking distance. We really liked the neighbourhood. The room is small and cozy. The staff was really helpful and polite.

FYI you cannot book a triple room for 2 adults and 2 children. We just visited for 1 night and we thought it would be OK. But there's a strict policy they do not have family rooms, so a family of four need to book 2 double rooms.

Beautiful facilities surrounding the hotel such as Hippodrome and others that I don't remember

So much mosquitoes 🦟 the room was so warm and the air conditioner didn't work as expected since as per staff member this only work in summer while this season is only calefactor and it was crazy I went for work but even though is a respected chained my experience was to get mad. Acts 2:38

Good breakfast, friendly staff and quiet location

A/C was not cold, only hot and could not fully open the window because of a chain and since i had to keep the window open during the night, mosquitoes flew in and made for an uncomfortable night, i woke up with several stings. Night supervisor could barely speak english and could not explain the problem nor offer a room with a working AC

Rooms are too small to be comfortable

Rooms are too small. So much that you can't even open a suitcase comfortably - there are only a few square feet of open space once you account for the bed.

OK if you want to stay at that part of the town (not near Paris center)

Polite staff, good breakfast, location near where we wanted to go - hippodrome (but far from Paris center). Many shops near by at walking distance (pubs, cafe/ dinner, mini markets, pharmacy, etc.).

Room did not include fridge, no bathroom sleepers provided. To reach Paris central areas you need to take two lines by train (a tram line first and then a metro line).

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. After a minor concerns, the staff delivered and were very accommodating.

It took the staff a little time to find a toilet that functioned properly (seats). We were not able to arrange a late check out, this was a little inconvenient.

Great location if you’re visiting Roland Garros. The staff were very friendly.

The rooms are cramped and very basic, even for an ibis property. I think the property is too expensive for what you get, but then again Paris is expensive in general.

Modern and colourful design, clean and tidy .

Everything was fine . Maybe the bathroom could do with a bit of renovation.
