The girl at the reception was so friendly! She was incredibly helpful and assisted us with everything we asked for. The room was also very comfortable and clean.

I stay here every year at the same time for a training weekend. The hotel is located right in the centre of the town, near to the train station, making it very convenient. The hotel is very clean & all basic amenities I need are there. Comfortable bed & great shower. The staff are all acceptional, very friendly & helpful. Great value for the price.
Minor thing is not much coffee in the room, but there is coffee & water available in the foyer, so no problem.

Comfortable and quiet
We had a very poor experience on check-out. We were a large family group of 10 in 5 rooms. The last couple to check out were told that one room had not been payed for (incorrect) and despite providing evidence it took 45 minutes for the staff to agree that all rooms had been payed for. A very disappointing end to our stay.
