Bon séjour le temps d'un weekend prolongé

Le personnel très aimable et à l'écoute du client. Le petit déjeuner copieux et de très bonne qualité. Accès aisé vers Paris en transport en commun.

Aucun parking à proximité de l'hotel pour pouvoir déposer les bagages à l'arrivée. L'ascenseur pour descendre à la réception les bagages, en panne pendant les 3 jours. Aucun tarif de négocier avec les parkings aux alentours.

Stunning hotel right where we needed it.

Everything! It was beautiful from the moment we walked in - the decor was so visually appealing and the perfume theme and aroma smelt wonderful. The receptionists the whole time were so helpful and polite and their English was fantastic (as my French is so rusty it helped a lot). We were told that our room had been upgraded which was a lovely touch! The room was fabulous, beautifully decorated, very clean and the beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was very spacious and had a bath with shower and a separate shower cubicle too! They had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion in pump dispensers on the walls to use so this was very handy. In the room there was a kettle with a choice of 2 tea bags and 2 instant coffees but no milk, and a coffee machine with 2 pods to use which was lovely but a limited choice. There was a little desk area/wall shelf that wasn't big enough to do any work at (if that is what you need whilst there) but it didn't affect our stay or needs. The TV is huge and of great quality but we couldn't get Netflix to work and the TV Internet link to cast to the TV from our mobiles also didn't link up but these didn't bother us but it's worth mentioning. There was a small wardrobe with a mini fridge/bar with a small selection of soft drinks, a small safe and a hairdryer inside to use. The breakfast area downstairs looked beautiful too but we didn't eat there. There were tea, coffee and water available to all guests even if you didn't have the breakfast. Overall a totally wonderful stay and I would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Suresnes or Longchamp area and I would definitely stay again 😊

Only negative we found was that there was no breakfast tea in the rooms but there were 2 fruit tea bags, 2 instant coffee sachets and 2 coffee pods but no milk.

Location is awesome, in a nice quite suburb, close to busses, train station and plenty of restaurants down the road. Literally two train stations away from Roland Garros, definitely good stay there if going to watch tennis. Hotel itself is good quality, has nice smells because of plenty of perfumes.

The staff were not the warmest nor friendliest, for an international brnad expected that staff will know English, observed that plenty did not, which is not great. I am from. AFRICA and we greet people with smiles and warmth whi h was definitely lacking for me.

What’s wrong with the hotel industry?

Early in the morning of the day we were to arrive I received a message that the hotel was fully booked. I could choose to take 2 single rooms instead of the double room I had booked, or the hotel would cancel my booking. I had made the reservation in January - 4 months ago. What’s wrong with the hotel industry? Same problem twice in one weekend. Only when I had responded to their message that I had made the reservation 4 months in advance and how was it even possible that this happened, they came back in another message saying they had verified and my room is now available. Hotel was good and clean, comfortable beds, but the next day the restaurant appeared to be in complete disarray: used tables were left cluttered and not cleaned /. not set for the next guests, several items in the breakfast buffet ran out without being looked after properly. Lack of staff?? I don’t know, but I expect a much better service from the Mercure chain.

The front desk agent was very rude, his name was Tarek, and his attitude was really bad.

The staff member and the only guy from staff that I see was Tarek and he was very rude.

adequate and a convenient location

I had booked a double room and was offered a tiny single to which I objected. the person at reception offered me another single but I held out for a double. room was ok, tiny shower and bathroom and bed not particularly comfortable

Business trip to Suresnes

The room was comfortable and quiet, clean, warm, perfect for a short stay. The staff were exceptional, allowing us to hold a meeting in the breakfast area so we could prepare for an important meeting with a customer. From reception through to the catering and housekeeping team, all were welcoming and helpful. Exceptional. Will visit again.

They have tons of perfumes and colognes in the main room - not sure why but it smelled nice and was cool to look at! There was a balcony which opened up - nice touch

Room was pretty tiny - fine for us as we weren't in it much, but didn't leave any room to move around

Nice room good shower. Room and bathroom were good size. Nice window let light in. Excellent breakfast. Reception area is lovely and perfume bottles and ingredients are on display. There is a beautiful scent in this area which is very tastefully decorated. Chandeliers and lights are gorgeous. We left hubbys suitt there and lovely Cecile on reception is arranging for thd return of these to our home address in uk. We are already looking to book for next year when we go for races at Hippodrome Longchamp. Highly recommend this hotel and location is fab. Lots of bars and restaurants

would stay here in 2023 but they need to sort out hot water!

we had stayed here when it was Hotel l’ Avenue and liked the location and ease of getting to Longchamps racecourse.

overpowering perfume which made me sneeze. Also hot water was at best tepid and hubby had to boil kettle for a shave!

Decent stay but not the best.

The location and the reception was very modern and filled with nice senses of smell. Lovely that there was a lift which was useable.

Breakfast would not be enough for 4 people and we had to keep asking to bring stuff out and after a period of time they would run out of food even if it was like 10am, very upsetting, The young man receptionist wasnt really helpful with anything. we would ask him questions and he would just reply with a yes or no. And lastly the room wasnt in such a quite place, it was facing the road and you could hear the cars and people walking

Amazing boutique hotel in a quiet beautiful Paris neighborhood

Its a beautiful small boutique hotel away from the busy city. A train station close to the property, with easy access to the city. A lot of restaurants and beautiful water side walkway. Beautifully decorated cozy rooms with comfortable beds. Super good staff with a very positive attitude. If you like to stay in a rather quieter Paris, this is the place. Definitely recommend.

Its a little far from main areas.

Great stay.

Lovely warm welcome and very helpful and for additional information from the metro train and the areas. Walking distance to the nearest metro and to the local the local town and market day on Saturday and Wednesday.

On first night the room we had on the 4th floor 402 above was the air condition noise and you couldn't sleep with this. Day 2 the hotel found a another room and this made a big difference. Thank you.
