It’s a nice and clean hotel. There was smth in the system and our room initially booked for 4 people was not available. They provided 2 double rooms which was super nice

Generally very clean especially the toilet/bath
Tv has no English speaking channels. The reception on the ground could be better arranged to be inviting to visitors.

Room was spacious, location was fantastic with shop and lots of restaurants nearby., staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice little touches like free sweets at reception.
Not all electrical sockets worked in room, breakfast was cold and staff had already cleared things 45 mins before it ended. Staff didn't tell us about facilities and no notice in room about gym etc which would have been nice
