every time we visit Paris we stay here. over time we have observed some lax in maintaining common areas, eg soap/ tissue papers missing in the common toilet next to dining area. the reception is always busy, it would help if there were two staff members manning the reception. communicating in English with the staff is a little difficult, could be better.

A practical hotel. If I'm visiting La Defense, I would come again

The hotel is very practical. Coffee machine and water dispencer are available 24/7 for free, which is a great plus, and during breakfast hours you can get some fresh fruits and juices for free. The staff is decent and friendly. There is a bus station just infront of the hotel that takes you to Westfield shopping mall or La defense train station in few minutes. Very good value for money.

The room is very small, it barely fits the king bed and the additional baby cot. The amenities are limited and there isn't a minibar in the room. We had a problem that we could not reserve a van from the hotel to Gare de Lyon, all the riders kept cancelling the ride we did not understand why. It is not the hotel fault of course, but even the reception could not help us, they could not provide us a van as well. But at the end we easily took public transportation that is available frequently, the hassle was only handling all the luggages and the stroller.

10/10 would recommend

Staff spoke in English, and the hotel and room were nice, clean. It's located in a quiet area with good transport links. Breakfast was tasty, and they provided free water, coffe/tea. I didn't have any problem with getting back into the hotel late. There was always a person on the front desk. . The hotel itself and the room looked really modern/stylish. Bed was really comfy. I was provided with clean towels and extra pillows. My room also had an air conditioning, also many plug sockets or USB charging points for people who forgot their adapters. There was a vending machine in the lobby where you could buy spare phone cables, etc.

To be honest, there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

Perfect hotel in every way. Staff were excellent and no request was too much trouble

Everything. Unbelievable to call this 3 star Everything worked, was clean, modern, gorgeous breakfast. Minimal footprint. WiFi always on and high speed. Comfy bed and pillows.

No Aperol spritz available!

Superb

Personal was good and kind. Free coffee, juices, hot chocolate on the 1st floor. Very cozy and nice looking lobby and the room itself. Very very quite inside, even the room windows were looking at the street. The district where hotel is placed was very calm and nice.

No ability to turn off the "air conditioning". It works all the time in very low mode.

Walking distance to LaDefense train station (though a bit confusing). Breakfast was good.

Bathroom door kept swinging open towards toilet if not fully shut. Sink was a weird shape, and there wasnt enough room to put toiletries next to sink.

Lovely and quiet hotel only minutes from bustling Paris centre.

Very good location of the hotel, only a few minutes walk from huge Westfield shopping centre and metro station, where M1 line will take you to all main Paris attractions within minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and 24h availability of the coffee machine is definitely a bonus.

The family room was rather small and compact, but we didn’t mind it as we were all day sightseeing and only slept in it.

Good value for money if you need to stay for reasonable money but close to attractions in Paris!

The hotel is located in reasonable proximity to metro station (~15 mins walk) which gives you direct line to the city center, good connection with airport by taxi. The hotel itself is quite new, so as a result you get pretty fresh rooms and overall facility. I liked that you can easily go to Paris but pay much less than in the center. So to me it was good balance of money and location. By the way, as a bonus you get a few nice restaurants around the hotel, which are not quite busy even on weekend but with good food quality and service. If you are fine with travelling by metro that should be good option.

Personally I would appreciate a bit more options with food in the hotel, breakfast was kind of very basic, however you need to take into account that you are overall paying less as a result of that. I wouldn't say it is big concern but for some people that could be an issue. Just keep it in mind.
