Everything was clean and quiet, staff were friendly. Solid 2star hotel on the verge of 3. I can understand and support it as a preferred partner. Easy commute to central Paris. I recommended using the tram especially at night. I've stayed in the vicinity before so if I didn't know where the "Action" was you could miss it so make sure you walk directly to the center. They offered breakfast but I didn't partake as I was going to the stadium all day so it didn't make sense for me.
What could be improved, the room configuration, the place to sit faces away from the TV, the hotel was not super air conditioned which I prefer because I prefer hotels that are smart about electricity usage. Maybe a shelf above the bed? However it was super hot in Paris during my stay so if it was just a little bit cooler, it would have been ideal. Otherwise, provide a fan in the room so it isn't an after thought as I stayed out all day just to return at night at bed time. I am very particular about the bed but the fluffy extra pillows in the closet helped me to make it more comfortable for my preference.

Good small hotel with basic rooms, friendly staff, not expensive (at least not when I booked - I wouldn't pay the EUR 270/night official price.
Old building with no airconso not great in hot weather but they did provide a fan which was better than nothing. Bathroom in my room smelled musty and the shower door was broken.
