Great size room , very modern and clean , friendly staff, we were able to check in early since I had requested prior to my stay which was a great bonus.

Prior to my arrival, I was sent a message stating that the twin room I booked was unavailable and I would be given two separate rooms instead. I complained immediately, but was simply told there was nothing they could do. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very unhelpful.
On our second night, when we were finally given the key for the second room, it was not ready at 17:00. We had to return to reception to get reassigned to a different room, which lacked basic amenities found in the others—such as water bottles, cups, and enough towels. When we requested these items, only the towels were provided.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely insufficient during a major heatwave, making it difficult to sleep at night.
