Staff at both Reception and restaurant are super friendly. Lovely atmosphere and close to some good restaurants. Only half an hour walk to San Jose centre.

The hotel was centrally located and the staff was friendly
Room was dusty and housekeepings turnover was incomplete. There was one day that the hand towels were not put, another that the complimentary coffee wasn’t replenished and one day that the coffee cups were not cleaned
