The modern and stylish Presidential Suite exceeded expectations! I've stayed at the property before and everything is kept tidy and clean. Both The Nattivo Restaurant (on site) and the Japanese restaurant (on site) are very good. Staff handle issues promptly and with a smile. English speaking staff at this property is available.
Cannot really think of anything that could've been better. Perhaps being able to stay in the Presidential Suite for more than eight days lol.

It’s is a bit outside the centre but it is easy to get Uber/Taxi quickly

Cleanliness and location. Old hotel.
Extremely rude staff at front desk the first night (Javier). He screamed and was very sarcastic through the phone when we were asking for the shuttle we paid in advanced.
