The gym, breakfast, spacious master suite with interconnected room, plenty of space for your clothes and stuffs. Loved the toiletries and the access to the lounge was sweet.
The bedding and mattresses was very uncomfortable for us. The couches needs to be replaced. It is terrible it sinks in so low when you sit on it, like extremely low. Actually the same goes for the mattresses, it sags. We didn't get proper sleep. Maybe for some that kind of mattress works, but not for us. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The menu for dinner are excellent, prepared by Chef Sergio.
And the breakfast staff are wonderful.

food customer service, cleaness.
The room we got was for 3 adults. It was room 615. It's too close to the street. We could hear the trucks drive through there it night and we especially had lots of noise when they would put on their breaks. There should be a way to block out thr noise, change the type of glass on the rooms at side or something to block out the noise.

Great location to get around from while in San Jose. The hotel is a beautiful building with lovely spaces to rest, eat, enjoy the climate, etc. Rooms were so comfy and had all we needed and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is AWESOME!
Everything was so great! Nothing to dislike except that the pool closes at 5:00. Evening swimming is so lovely it would be nice if the pool stayed open later.
