It is the best beach on the coast, and very good service.
What is outrages that nobody warns about construction works going around in this five stars hotel. They charging full price hiding the fact that construction is going on for 24 hours, even night time these manipulations, machines, workers did not let us sleep at 2-3am making noise literally right next to door of our room! Total disrespect, people coming from far, paying a lot of money, this is expensive hotel, and getting construction works!
In addition there is real restaurants problem, probably because of constructions, they all working on the buffet premises.
Other then that it is wonderful place to spend vacation.
P.S I would like to add that wardrobe and drawings smell is horrible. It is the smell of very old motels somewhere in the middle of nowhere. I put to the laundry even those things which simply was inside the furniture.
It is so bad that all these facts changing opinions about this excellent resort.
PS2. Booking support was excellent, IOS app is very helpful and clear. Transportation I used was "Me transfer" and guys showed themselves as extremely reliable, responsible and friendly partners. Did not give me a slightest reason for worry. Tnanks!

the service and staff are excellent
bookings travel partners left me stranded on the way there AND on the way back. It was very dangerous and expensive to find other travel solutions. I should be refunded

The place is great, beautiful, well maintained. The all-inclusive services are also increasing the level of experience - drinks, food, programs were all great. The staff was incredibly kind and the services are exceptional. Our concierge Francia Torres was kind and answered all our questions. The restaurants were great, we had a chance to try all of them. The french one and Oceana were the best. The gym was always almost near empty it was clean and it gave a nice extra to the place.
I can not really give any such examples during the stay. After leaving I had a question in e-mail which remained unanswered.
