The location is beautiful - a really incredible beach and jungle walk. Also love how it’s not a giant hotel. Room service was great and we also loved the drinks.
The service could probably be a little better, but it’s also not the fanciest resort. The only complaint we really had was the food: It was very hard to book restaurants other than the buffet (booking was already very full up the day we arrived already for a few of them, so we couldn’t eat there). The buffet food was not that great, and we had a really bad two meals at the steakhouse - it was the worst steak I’d ever had (I thought the had served me pork) and I was served a partially frozen cheesecake for dessert. Their website also said they had tacos open for lunch and that was closed and only available to book for dinner - felt like a lack of Mexican food! Can’t get tacos except at the specific restaurant for dinner! There also apparently used to be food trucks for lunch. Despite that, would definitely return!!

The hotel’s beach is exceptional, the setting surrounded by nature and the animals present is very beautiful, and the corridor from the lobby to the pool/beach area is excellent.
The fact that we were unable to reserve the restaurants was disappointing — on the day of our arrival everything was already fully booked. After speaking with the concierge, we were advised to go directly to the restaurants at 6:30 pm, which is supposedly a less busy time. However, the staff were very unfriendly, especially at the Mama Mia restaurant, where William and Diana refused to give us a table. They told us that we could have a table only if we paid for a bottle of wine, which was incomprehensible since we do not drink alcohol, and we already paid a lot to stay at the hotel on an all-inclusive basis.
We contacted the establishment to ask about the reason for this policy using the email provided by the reception, and to this day we have not received any kind of response.
Lack of friendliness from the staff in general
You should also pay attention to the exchange rate applied at the time of payment. We paid at the reception in dollars, and the exchange rate used was much higher than what is legally permitted. The difference in the final amount was quite significant.

Room was good. Clean, modern. Bathroom good - no lotion, no deep conditioner, no tissue.
Pool ok - beach ok - restaurant by cart ok.
People from reception check in bad mood, not knowledge. They are tired and not polite. Ordered Didi & inDrive as a cab. I have to walk 10 min to get out. They are not allowed. Only taxi $$$$$ or tourist companies can get in. Licence.
The hotel is too far away from the entrance. Dark at night. They (workers) are not polite to help you.
Isn't 💯 all inclusive.
