The people are so friendly, just one guy that drives the cars, he was always kind of miserable, however their colleagues did really well.
The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. You always have a place to eat.
They did not give us a ride after our room extension even though we checked out we had to walk all the way to the room after a long day.
The TV's are so cheap, they are smart tv, but they don't work. It would be better for them to cancel their cable and go with TV's that can be used by the guest.

The pool and some staff members
Bathroom Towels were in terrible shape, totally worn out with stains and frayed. Staff confortably denied services, just saying they ranout of some liquors, all a la carte restaurants booked, we had to dine in the same restaurant all of our stay. Lunch buffet practically the same all week…..

We liked that the food & drinks were unlimited. The resort was clean and huge. The staff was great. The food was decent at best in the buffet. We loved the Italian restaurant it was very good. The pool was nice and clean.
The resort was a bit outdated and some elevators didn't work. The mini fridge in the room was out too. The place is big and therefore long walks from the buffet to the beach or rooms. We didn't like the amount of seaweed & smell of it.
