Comida sin sabor

La gente de recepción Greydi, excepcionales, atentisimos!!... tal vez la comida sin sabor!!... peto los neseros y las bebidas excelentes!!!

La comida,falta capacitar a los chefs, por ejemplo: lis chilaquiles,duros,sin sabor,faltando epazote( que podría ser al gusto), los pastelillos sin sabor,recomiendo les agreguen canilla,etc,saborizantes, bueno ni los helados tenían sabor

Was good, expected more.

We loved how many food options were available to us and pools. Also front desk very organized and super helpful. Buffet was great only was missing kosher section.

There were not beach access unfortunately. Our room was not cleaned for 1 full day and in general only once a day was cleaned(which is okay but still). Our friends were on the other floor and they had great cleaning service.

Loved the food and atmosphere, will be back.

The Daysi location was right by the kids pool which was perfect for us. Large variety of food in the buffet and various other restaurants.

Staff were super friendly. We were interested in learning about their membership and the staff member was great until we decided to wait until our next visit to join, then he ignored us and walked away like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. Had he reacted differently we would have requested we deal with him when we came back and joined in the future.

Beautiful Resort, disappointing staff and customer service.

Large complex with a lot on offer. Multiple pools and beach sections.

Unfortunately our honeymoon ended in a upsetting manner, after being so happy to arrive and celebrate our honeymoon at this lovely resort. Construction directly above our room. Which was a privilege swim up room. Upon arrival we were not advised that works were being carried out directly above our room. The construction went for 24 hours a day our whole stay. There was no end time. Most nights we would have to take sleeping tablets as loud construction, radio and worker chatter/yelling would go till atleast 3am/5am. Our balcony and clothes were covered in tiling cut offs and dust. No communication this was happening to inform us of this. Advised several staff to no outcome. Multiple videos of noise to prove this. Italian restaurant: One night whilst we were eating at the inclusive Italian restaurant, we were pressured into a private romantic dinner, in an exclusive area, exclusive menu. We originally agreed and wanted to have this on Thursday night, was told by Diego we can’t, because he isn’t working that night, had to be Wednesday. (commission based I presume) Made me sign, did not advise once that after signing there was no cancellation or that my room was charged instantly. We were very pressured into this. Tried to cancel straight away, told because I had signed not possible, despite the fact that nothing unique was being done for us, which was evident upon arrival that romantic night. Upon arrival for the dinner that we did not want to attend because we felt mislead, asked do we want to sit inside or outside. No special area. We were sat behind the service desk, not even 1 meter away from where we sat the previous night. No special menu, no private area, and the server himself Diego who pressured us to be there, did not even approach us once, so why were we pressured to be there whilst he was working. He showed us pictures of the private romantic area we would be sat at, this clearly didn’t happen.

I got what you paid for

Variety of food in the buffet.

Beach is not good due to lots of rocks. The slide door on the room to access the pool was broken. The power outlet in the bathroom did not work. The mini bar was not refilled on time, I had to call to the front desk and remind them twice. The reservation system for reserving a spot in the restaurant did not work well.

If I could turn back time and book another hotel... I would. Bad experience.

1) Giant cockroaches in the bathroom's shower. 1) After 10:59am they refuse to offer tea or coffee or juice as room-service - a joke for a 5 star hotel that you can't order plain coffee even. And even before 10:59am you have to pay for delivery of it to your room - so much for "all inclusive". Horrible experience. 3) The beach is very bad in this whole area - algage everywhere, no clean sand. 4) They lie about "all inclusive" - you pay for room service delivery in the morning, for most drinks including wine, some room service food options.

Okay but definitely not what we’ve experienced at other all inclusive resorts.

The location was beautiful!

The hotel is all inclusive but in order to get a reservation at an a la carte restaurant they would mandate that I purchase additional bottles of wine. Totally a high pressure up sell environment…got super old.

Great Value

Good value for money Great Margaridas Kids pool was amazing and the kids loved it.

Room slightly outdated. Food not amazing but ok and entertainment was not great Overall a good stay and good value

The location was good.

Food quality was poor. I ended up getting sick after eating at the steakhouse. Room wasn’t pleasant because lot of things were broken or not working properly. Staff seemed overwhelmed and wasn’t able to do their job properly. Didn’t feel like I was in Mexico staying at this property. Their all-inclusive was of poor quality, down to the food and drinks. We upgraded and wasn’t any better.

It was a nice 1st stay in River Maya - Cancun.

Food was good, bed was somewhat comfortable. Water was hot and the massages we got were amazing. The ladies there really make it worth coming.

The room was ok, but there was a light blub out next to the bed. The shower leaked into the hall way every time we used it. It was like they didn't account for a dip in the tile to drain the water.
