My wife and I loved our stay at Petit Lafitte — the upgrade to a beachside cottage made our visit feel really special. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole place has a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great start to each day. The location is perfect — right by a beautiful quiet beach and still close enough to reach everything in Playa del Carmen easily about 10 minutes taxi ride.

Staff was welcoming and warm. A portion of the water had been cleared of seaweed so we were able to play in the water.
Food wasn’t good, few options. Bedsheets smelled like bleach and weren’t comfortable.
