Great resort, was my second time back and didn’t disappoint large compound with huge pools. Really amazing buffets with lots to choose from. Much nicer than the resorts in cancun.

The hotel was fully renovated. All buildings and rooms are new. Very clean. The gardens are beautiful. Excellent food. Just make reservations to the restaurant as soon you arrive.

Large property, shuttle to take you up and down , lots of pools. Nice lobby. Variety in food . The friendliest staff, not one bad interaction. Always cleaning. The Spa , AWESOME! Maria had hands of gold, peaceful ambiance. Beautiful and serene
The room is run down , mostly the bathroom. , they are currently renovating so I guess they are fixing things. They expect renovations to be done by the end of year. While clean m, our room was old , bathroom needs serious repairs. 1 outlet in room . Mold in bathroom . I was in family section, my friends were in platinum section and had more updated rooms
