The hotel was beautiful. The amenities were great
We couldn’t book a single restaurant our entire time there even with a group as small as two. They should do something about the reservation process, giving everyone a fair chance. Don’t let people book up all the spots so other can’t get in

The property itself was beautiful. Love the jungle feel and the wild life was cool. The fiod was excellent, we ate at 4 of the restaurants and a big thank you to our concierge for helping us plan out dinners.
We didn't like the smell of sewage daily, but we understand somethings are unpreventable.

have to make dinner reservation as soon as you check in or else you will luck out in getting one.

Was a beautiful location. The staff were great.
The rooms smelled like sewage. We had only one bad experience at the location’s Brazilian restaurant. The staff were mediocre and the food was terrible. The meat was being served under cooked .
