Rooms are beautifully designed, right out of a magazine cover. The property is breathtaking. With new manager Patrick Schori at the helm, this property is only going to get better. Patrick introduced himself to us and was keen to get feedback on how best they could enhance our experience. We had eating concerns led by Rosario and her team diego, Krystal and Cheg, they took care of our concerns, going above and beyond what you would normally expect. this is what you get when you stay here - service that goes over and beyond and a propery that is trulu breath taking.

Very good, but complex process if you are with AI - billing, waiting for bills. I do understand for tipping the staff , but this can be done in more effective way.
Not enough smoking places . I do understand sustainability, and smoking free environment, but presume there are guests who came to relax - so preparing for them nice smoking place ( seating, light, etc ..) believe to minimum for hotel of this rating.

Almost everything was great. Rooms, area, bikes, food, swimming pools. Not crowded during our stay.
We would go there again for sure if that was closer.
Nice music in the swimming pool area. Cold water for free.
Very expensive renting of the bike trailer for the kid. 25 usd per day.
When we were leaving many loud Americans came. So we were happy that we came during the week.
The additional bed for the kid was uncomfortable.

I thought the staff was really nice and attentive. This made our stay so enjoyable. The beach and the spa were beautiful.
I thought the price we paid for everything did not meet our expectations. I thought our room size was perfect, but the decor is so outdated. And the prices for all the meals were way too expensive given the quality of food. We had dinner at the Rosewood one night and I think it might be a better stay there.
