ood. Stay at Banyan or at Rosewood if you want to have a fantastic experience.

Good beach.

I asked concierge 5 days before we came here to advise where to make reservations for my wife’s birthday and my anniversary. No answer… and then, no reservations. No apologies. 0 interest. Concierge is the worst. They didn’t make the reservations I requested for the following days. they were never available and they didn’t plan my return trip to the airport—had to take a cab. I had to go dine at other hotels because food here was greasy and basic… not even a good pasta dish. They say kids eat free, but the only real food for them is salmon so my baby ate overcooked and burned salmon with overcooked rice for 4 days.

Nice, good get away for weekend

Very good, but complex process if you are with AI - billing, waiting for bills. I do understand for tipping the staff , but this can be done in more effective way.

Not enough smoking places . I do understand sustainability, and smoking free environment, but presume there are guests who came to relax - so preparing for them nice smoking place ( seating, light, etc ..) believe to minimum for hotel of this rating.

Uso una silla de ruedas y los carritos que nos movilizaban dentro de la propiedad eran todos imposibles para que yo accediera a ellos. Me ayudaba mi marido con mucho esfuerzo

Grat stay during the week

Almost everything was great. Rooms, area, bikes, food, swimming pools. Not crowded during our stay. We would go there again for sure if that was closer. Nice music in the swimming pool area. Cold water for free.

Very expensive renting of the bike trailer for the kid. 25 usd per day. When we were leaving many loud Americans came. So we were happy that we came during the week. The additional bed for the kid was uncomfortable.

Andaz is the ideal family resort. Beach is great, pools are awesome, food is delicious, staff is outstanding

I chose to return to Andaz Mayakoba to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was wonderful.

VIP treatment Our amazing pool attendant Paco! The ocean view studios are highly recommended. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

One of the restaurants was closed during our stay but there are other options at Andaz and the other resorts in Mayakoba.

Beautiful family friendly hotel.

Property is clean and luxurious. There are activities for kids everyday—this is especially helpful when the sun is too hot to be outdoors. Breakfast is amazing.

Everything is overpriced. For example, a beer is only a dollar at the store but it’s 10 dollars at the property. Also, it’s actually not beach front for us. We had to take the golf cart everyday to get to the beach.

Wonderful family stay at the most beautiful beach

The property is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. It’s modern, but elegant. The beach is fantastic and the food and service are top notch. They make you feel pampered. And we love the fact that the hotel is family friendly. This hotel has become a new favorite and one that we’ll be coming back to frequently.

I thought the staff was really nice and attentive. This made our stay so enjoyable. The beach and the spa were beautiful.

I thought the price we paid for everything did not meet our expectations. I thought our room size was perfect, but the decor is so outdated. And the prices for all the meals were way too expensive given the quality of food. We had dinner at the Rosewood one night and I think it might be a better stay there.

it was beautiful, lush, quiet, and well maintained. it’s very kid friendly and my daughter had an amazing time meeting friends. the staff was truly amazing

great food, its is nice that you have a lot of space for recreational walking or jogging even biking inside the hotel grounds the boat tour is good

you can hear your neighbor steps and getting in and out their rooms, sargazo is still and issue at the beach so the tractors are working all day in front of you at the beach

Amazing off season value for 5 star amenities

For the value, this was excellent. Same access to all the Mayakoba amenities as the more expensive resorts on site, and seamless connection between the Andaz concierge and the other properties for dinner reservations. Very family friendly—lots of families with younger kids. Loved biking around the property. Staff was incredible. Overall a great experience.

THIS RESORT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. THE FOOD WAS SUPERB ESPECIALLY THE THAI RESTAURANT CALLED SAFFRON..THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL..THIS IS A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE. DON'T HESITATE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL...TOO MANY GOOD THINGS TO WRITE IT ALL.

THINK IT COULD HAVE ELEVATORS ALOT OF STAIRS WHEN PLACES ARE NOT ON GROUND LEVEL..

One of our best family vacations ever

we had an exceptional stay at this property, beautiful, well-maintained, a host of things to do on the property, very helpful staff. Food is a bit pricey and the organization of some of the activities - i.e. figuring out snorkeling, kayaking, sign-ups etc - is a bit difficult, and maybe instructions for getting to the property could be improved a little, but it's an incredible place to stay at.

Restaurants bit pricey, wifi not always the best, and figuring out the activities and some of the additional amenities - kayaks etc... - is a bit clunky.

The staff were extremely friendly, remembered your name and would try to facilitate your requests politely and expeditiously.

The All Inclusive price is steep & not worth considering if you do not drink alcohol or have children between 12-18 years old.
