The property was close to the airport. It was clean and the proximity to the beach was good. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the poolside staff.
The food was not as good we had hoped. There very limited seafood options. Some of the restaurants were better than others. After the bars closed beer was the only alcoholic beverage available. It also had to be ordered before closing time. A bottle of Vodka could be purchased for room service at $150 usd.

The buffet breakfast was great. Service was wonderful in all places except pool bar.
I upgraded to the Xhale Suite with swim out. It was worth the money. However you only get premium liquor in the club. If you are anywhere else on property you get the lower. I think you should be able to get what you pay for anywhere on property. Besides the buffet breakfast the food was just ok. However the Hibachi was incredible.

I like the waiters POLO and Miguel. I loved how we were treated after spending 300 to 400 a day at the pool. Wish it continued other places
What I didn’t like was the food .. also didn’t like once we were checked out we didn’t matter. I think all customers should be treated the same from day one till they reach home. That’s what makes a customer come back. The beach was awful looking.
