We loved the atmosphere and being able to switch off from our busy lives. The lovely, kind people who live there at the Della Lobra Marina and Masse Lubrense Commune are wonderful human beings and were very hospitable to us. Although we did not speak much Italian they were very patient. We were so spoilt by the Staff at the Agritusimo Lobra with plenty of food at Breakfast and at Dinner. After Dinner we had a Limoncello treat which finished the night off nicely. We thoroughly recommend to stay here if you are looking for somewhere to totally unwind that is away from the larger Tourist areas. We didn’t have a car but there are options to use the private tours from the front of the Della Lobra Marina. We took a tour to Positano and Amalfi during our stay which we found so convenient being close by. There are also tours to Capri as well that they offer. We will miss the magic sunsets and the amazing views from our balcony which were breathtaking.

I loved that my room had good air conditioning, a nice private balcony with a great view, space to park my rental car, and the option to have a beautiful home cooked dinner each evening.
One of the best parts was the location: Marina Lubrense was itself only a 5 minute walk away from where you could get a boat or have a dip in the sea or find a gorgeous restaurant. Being between the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts also offered lots to do, with Sorrento being a quick drive away. If you dont have a car, relying on bus service is not the most convenient in the world but you can rely on it.
Like many members of the Italian tourism service industry, the main manager will give off the impression that he thinks you are an imbecile if you ask of him a simple request, such as asking for a coffee after breakfast services has already finished. Nevertheless, I found Tulio incredibly endearing and he still offered many conveniences to make our stay as good as can be (he still gave me the coffee in the end!)

Great location, amongst many lemons and olives. Five minutes walk from the small port with a few restaurants.
The mattress was quite uncomfortable.

A lovely place on a mountain with a great view, there are two residential buildings and between them a lemon orchard along with olive trees and grapes.
The room is large with a balcony, a spacious bathroom with toilet, a very comfortable bed.
The place is far from the center and therefore requires a car.
The breakfast is poor and does not match the place, what runs out, including the coffee, is not refilled unless you ask several times.
The owner of the place makes dinner and if you are not interested he makes a face and it is unpleasant.
