The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. They got us a room with a double bed instead of two single ones. They did accommodate the fact that we had a very early checkin (11:00). Checkout was fast (only key drop off). Although the hotel is not central, the connection to the city via Metro 13 is very quick and easy (30-40 minutes from the hotel to the very center of Paris), same fast connection towards Gare du Nord.
The bathroom was very small, parts of the furniture were a bit loose. The bed was quite small for a double bed (I think it was a 1,4m width). There was no minibar/mini-fridge in the room - which would've been very helpful, especially when the weather in Paris can get quite hot - having a cold water bottle prepared when you get back in the hotel can make a good difference. Overall feeling was that the hotel showed its age, despite being clean.

The staff, especially on Reception, were very helpful.
The bathroom was not ideal - it was a wet room and the floor flooded when you used the shower resulting in a wet carpet in the bedroom. Also the toilet bowl was discoloured making it look dirty - needed some bleach.

1) location outside of central Paris - but still easy access to Metro station to travel to central Paris
2) staff were friendly,
3) reception/lobby area is nice
1) the carpets in the room looked a bit dirty,
2) bed was not comfortable,
3) rooms were not very sound proof - neighbouring doors opening and closing sounded like our room door was being opened, could hear chatter and movement by other people in rooms above us or next door
