Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The overall appearance of the entrance/lounge/breakfast area was very comfortable and was broken up into smaller areas so gave it a somewhat cosy look. Everywhere seemed very clean. Our room and shower was a reasonable size. The room overlooked a main road but with the window closed it was very quiet. There were plenty of good choices at breakfast, including gluten free madeleines. The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk into the town centre.

Good location
Unluckily for us our room was next to the lift. Woken several times with a BOOM when the lift started and a THUMP when it stopped

Clean, comfortable and easy walk into the town centre. Street parking available outside the hotel. Really good shower.
Bathroom is perfectly adequate but not very big, might be a challenge if you had a small child or mobility issues.
