Principal gave us exactly the type of stay we were hoping for. It was comfortable without being overly formal, and the atmosphere was friendly from the beginning. We enjoyed our morning at the hotel and then spent the day exploring the area. Coming back to the pool afterwards was a great way to finish the day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the facilities needed for a relaxing visit.
The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything nearby. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. The service was outstanding, with the staff always ready to help and provide recommendations whenever needed.
We especially appreciated the attention to detail, the high standards of cleanliness, and the overall hospitality. The hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable. Parking space was ok, the pool look nice and the bar/restaurant was also ok, the rooms big enough, nice elevator.
The air conditioning was not working properly, you cannot change the settings, was only on economic mode - dripping water in the room, the lights in the room was very poor, some of those was not functioning , in the bathroom the same problem, cleaning was poor, it was dust all over the night tables - without mopping the floors in 8 days, the refrigerator was very small, bathroom furniture was affected from moisture, in the other room ( we had a 2 bedrooms apartment) the bathroom was very small and not for 3 stars hotel in the best case for 2 stars. The breakfast was almost the same every day, the coffee maker made " coffee" wit instant coffee not beans... The breakfast was advertise as " good breakfast " but was a normal breakfast nothing " so good" only normal... No eating outside place only indoors. Sorry, but is a 2 stars hotel not 3 stars.
