The room are spacious and clean, we feel very comfortable even we have three persons. An outlet and shopping mall locate next to hotel, it is very convenient for shopping and eating.

Great location in the middle of the outlets. Delicious breakfast too!
No onsen and the TV is difficult to use. Doesn’t seem to be able to just flip the channel. But other than that it’s a great hotel and very nice.

It was easy to get checked in and we had more than enough space for parking. Staff is quick to help you out. It does what it's supposed to. 24h check-in was also useful.
The interior appears old and gives off a weird "fake luxury" vibe. We only booked it for sleeping so it's fine but aesthetically it's poor IMO. Maybe it's just not my thing.
