We had a room with massage chair it was really nice using it after exploring city. Relatively big room, nice staff and good location.

Close to shotengai and restaurants, shops etc Large room compared to other similar hotels in Japan. Convenience store access right from the 1F. Easy access to coin laundry on our floor.
Linen sheets were stained (lipstick?) but changed promptly the following day after asking reception staff.

Too far from station. Smoking room very smelly.
Room arrangement is smaller than other branches of the same category. Poor furniture arrangement,
No body lotion. Lack of hanging hooks inside toilet. Hair dryer can be of better quality. Pillow very flat and hard
