The room was spotless and it had everything needed, even a lower leg massage equipment. The staff was helfpful and polite. I highly recommned.

Well located in Sendai. It was nice to have a bigger room than the two we had recently stayed in in Tokyo.
We made good use of the washing machines.
We found the room a little noisy - from outside and next door.
We love Japanese food but found the breakfast did not particularly suit us as Europeans.

We had a room with massage chair it was really nice using it after exploring city. Relatively big room, nice staff and good location.

There is a lawson at lobby.
Too far from station. Smoking room very smelly.
Room arrangement is smaller than other branches of the same category. Poor furniture arrangement,
No body lotion. Lack of hanging hooks inside toilet. Hair dryer can be of better quality. Pillow very flat and hard
