Location was close to Sendai station, with Don Don Donki just across from the road. Property was near to Sendai Asaichi market, the train station and the covered shopping arcades.

The location is very convenient, a few minutes from the main station and literally above the subway station.
Very clean and modern facilities with all of the amenities needed, including a water fountain on every floor.
You get a free welcome drink on top of free coffee and other drinks + snacks at certain times of the day. On top of that you have free Soba noodles every evening.
The staff is very helpful, I want to thank specifically R.Takahashi-san for being extremely kind and helpful as he gave us good recommendations and made us feel very welcomed.

Location close to train station, decent breakfast, late night soba snack
Room and bathroom very small, one side of the bed against the wall, second person hard to get off the bed, no space for two luggages.
