Everything was great here, staff, transportation, 100's of restaurants around. A staff member was extra helpful securing me an extra day stay because of Shinkansen cancellation. Thank you!

It was a little challenging to find the property itself, and it’s a little bit of a walk, especially if you’re pulling a suitcase behind you, from Sendai station, but overall it was a decent stay. The staff were very friendly and made the check in process very easy. The amenities stand was very generous, I was surprised to see face masks in the mix, and some pour over coffees. The only thing is that our double bed room was a little tight, the tables with the chairs were placed in an area too small to accommodate that type of furniture. Regardless the property is clean and the detail the attention was certainly noticed and appreciated.

This hotel is very near Sendai Station. It is a short walk away. The hotel is very new, clean and the rooms are well-designed. I would like to mention that the staff were very helpful and. Knowledgeable. They were especially accommodating to assist us with navigating additional nights due to an approaching typhoon. I would highly recommend this hotel and hotel chain.
