Excellent location!! So close to Sendai Station, Asaichi market and tons of places to eat and shop. Breakfast was simple and good, a nice start to our day. Overall clean, quiet and comfortable for our three night stay. It was the perfect base for exploring Sendai.
The room layout was a bit awkward when trying to open our luggage but we made it work.

Breakfast has bread, egg, butter, jam, juice, coffee. All fine. Breakfast included in my package. Not far walk from Sendai station. Just need to figure out which Elevator to use if carry heavy luggage like I did. Hotel is dated but condition and cleanness is fine. Next to a fish, fresh food, fruit, street market and popular oyster, seafood restaurants. Short walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
toilet is very small, almost not enough room for a big man to turn.

Location is convenient and good. Shower pressure was decent. They offer free clothes washing and drying. You just need to reserve a time slot. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Beds were okay overall but one would squeak anytime you moved. Breakfast is very minimal but fine given the price - bread and coffee. I booked a non-smoking room but it was on the same level as smoking rooms so you could smell smoke/cigarettes when you walked down the hallway to the elevator.

The bathroom was clean , the staff were nice and the amenities were pretty ok.
The breakfast which we payed extra for was very disappointing, only bread and boiled eggs that are cold. I have no idea why people rave about it. Also the bed was way too small, for the price I would’ve expected a bit better.
