Great location, staff was super helpful, and we appreciated the coffee station next to the reception. Breakfast was also amazing, we got to try lots of local options. Finally, we were able to leave our luggage after check out, so that we could explore Sendai for a longer time.

The hotel is relatively close to the station and has laundry machines available. It's also close to convenience stores but that is typical in Japan. Although the room was small it happened to be cleaner than some hotels that I stayed at in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka.
The rooms are smaller than what I expected from my prior stay at this hotel and apparently my recollection was incorrect as I could not fully open a suitcase on the floor. The laundry availability is still limited to odd hours but as every hotel that I stayed at during this trip had either in-room or on-site laundry machines it was not necessary to do laundry here. I also for some reason believed that wired ethernet was available from my 2019 trip but I was apparently mistaken.
