Good location - Approximately 10 minutes walk from JR Sendai station. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping streets.
The hotel manager was very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him.
Overall good value for money.
The hotel reception and restaurant (for breakfast) are located at the 3rd floor. The waiting time for the two elevators in the morning peak hours can be quite long. It may be helpful to allow people to take staircase from the 3rd floor to the ground floor, especially for those rushing to catch train.
I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The breakfast was almost the same every day - will be nicer to have some varieties.

Great nutritional variety for breakfast, when we have a long active day ahead of us we order breakfast. Really like natural spring water of onsen and neat clean set up, well maintained. Thanks for the room service, towels, sheets, lounging wear and the earthquake alert!
Pants press didn't work very well to eliminate wrinkles .
