We stayed for two nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent and very welcoming, featuring complimentary snacks, soft drinks, coffee, and tea from 12:00 PM to midnight (including soba noodles as a late-evening snack). The room and beds were very comfortable, the onsen was pleasant, and the location is highly convenient—just a few minutes' walk from the train station, shopping malls, and restaurants. We highly recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and staff were great. Even has a 7/11 below it which is extremely handy. Have a laundry on the top level helped. Would definitely recommend
It's definitely not a deal breaker and I would stay again but the lifts take a while. Also, you can't use the tea and coffee amenities during the breakfast service if you haven't paid for breakfast, which is fine. I don't eat breakfast, just wanted a coffee but 7/11 is just down stairs.

Great value! Beautifully appointed and service was exceptional. Great location as well. The live classical music was a nice touch and the rooms were stunning

Stayed here a second time during a repeat visit to Sendai. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are well designed and quiet. There are small touches which make the hotel feel more luxurious than the price would indicate, such as a lovely lounge area with free drinks throughout the day and live music played during meal times.
Breakfast was superb, with choice of Japanese, Western or curry option. We had the Japanese breakfast twice which was excellent and slightly different each morning, which added variety. The curry option was also delicious. The breakfast was actually part of the reason we chose this hotel when returning to Sendai
The room was a little smaller than our previous stay, but this is mainly due to the increased cost meaning we had to choose a more economical option. (there was baseball and a major festival happening during our stay).
